Full maintenance includes everything in the Launch Clean checklist above. The only difference is this is designed for ongoing weekly or bi-weekly service rather than a one-time deep detail.

Every service uses methods proven over 30 years to protect delicate finishes—quartz, glass, matte hardware, hardwood, and specialty tile. We never use harsh chemicals or abrasive tools that risk permanent damage.
Heavier-Than-Normal Messes
When a showhome requires significantly more work than standard maintenance—heavy traffic, construction residue, or event cleanup—our team documents the condition (photos sent to us), completes the work, and we invoice accordingly. We've earned this trust with builders over 30 years by being fair and transparent.
